Bookings & Deposits
A £25 refundable/redeemable booking deposit is required to book any appointment. This is fully redeemable against the treatment.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required in order for your deposit to be refundable. Cancellations under any circumstances including sickness or COVID-19 made after this period will result in your full booking deposit being lost. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment will need to be rescheduled within two weeks to secure your deposit. Cancellations, or appointments which need to be rescheduled, must be notified via email or phone.

Treatment Courses
All treatment courses must be paid in full prior to starting your treatments. All treatment courses have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed prior to the expiry date or will be invalid unless you can provide a medical letter to support the extension of any treatment courses.
No refunds are available on all treatment courses booked.
Clinic Terms & Conditions
Strictly no children including babies are allowed into the clinic under any circumstances.
Group bookings are not available. One client is permitted in the treatment area at any one time.
Before and after photos are required to be taken for insurance purposes and are only used for marketing/social media under your consent.
Treatment Contraindications
During your consultation, your medical history will be assessed and any contraindications to treatment will be discussed.
All treatments are not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You will be required to complete a consent form prior to your appointment, which will be sent to you via email. This must be submitted prior to your appointment to check your medical history and confirm that you are suitable for the treatment.
Treatment Preparation
For any injectable treatment please avoid drinking alcohol 2 days before and avoid drinking coffee the day of the appointment.
